How to Use:
1. Sift 1-2 tsp (2g) into a bowl.
2. Add 60ml (¼ cup) hot water (not boiling – 80°C/175°F).
3. Whisk briskly in “W” or “M” motion until frothy.
4. Enjoy pure, or top with oat/almond milk.
